What's that sound?

It is the sound of the other shoe finally dropping. It is not a good sound. It may mean that, if she doesn't turn back around soon, I'll be losing My Girl again...

I can't go into it right now; just please pray for her to recognize the dangers involved in her actions and for her willingness to accept the help she will need to come out of this.

It is the sound of Hubby's heart being broken. Again. I can't stand it when he cries. Add to this the fact that Twig is making some really poor choices again and it's the sound of the TV remote click, click, clicking because I'm having trouble finding the heart to do much more than sit and stare at the boob tube most of the time wondering when we get to get off of this train through hell. Right now it doesn't seem like we ever will.

I'll be around more again when I have a chance to grieve this current loss and find a way to cope. Until then... I don't know.. just, until then.

  4. Damama, care your husband, he really seems to need it. You can comfort each others, that'll make you stronger. For the rest, wait for the train to slow down, then try to jump into. For now, you would just hurt yourselves trying to.

  10. I only just found this blog so I don't know your whole story, but you and your kiddo will be in my thoughts! I had my share of trauma and behavior problems when I was a kid, and I got through it somehow... and I hope your family will, too.

Thank you all SO VERY, VERY MUCH for being here for me. The emails and comments have been a lifeline, often popping in at the most needed times.

You will never know how grateful I am for your love and support. One day I'll be able to talk more about what's been going on. For now, just know that prayers ARE heard and answered.

    Much love to all.
